Management Remuneration

The Board of Directors determines Management Board members’ salaries and other remuneration and the Managing Director’s and his deputy’s employment terms. Performance-based bonuses are determined by the achievement of Group and personal performance targets for the fi nancial year. Management compensation consists of a monthly salary, perquisites and performance-based bonuses, the latter being based on cash bonuses and Kemira Oyj shares.
