Tikkurila
Our product range consists of decorative paints and coatings for the wood and metal industries. We provide consumers, professional painters and industrial customers with branded products and expert services in approximately 40 countries. The Board of Directors of Kemira proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held March 16, 2010 that 86% of the shares of Tikkurila be distributed as dividend to Kemira’s shareholders. Tikkurila intends to seek listing of its shares on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd as from the end of March, 2010.
