Data security

All applicant data will be handled confidentially. Only the managers and recruiters who participate in the recruiting process can have access to applicant information for the job concerned.

All Kemira's recruitment experts have access to the open applications in the Talent Pool. The applicant can lock his/her personal profile in the Talent Pool at any time, after which the data is no longer available for to the recruiters.

The profile data in the Talent Pool will be kept for six months. The applicant can prolong the validity by logging in to the profile. Job specific application data will be kept in the database for 18 months, after which they will be deleted.
