In an attempt to enable the work–life balance, we consider it important that everyone at Kemira has the possibility to contribute to the development of their own work and working environment. We want daily work to improve our personnel’s wellbeing and ability to cope, and to nurture a working environment in which people find their work inspiring, challenging and enjoyable.
