The purpose of Kemira’s investor relations work is to give the capital markets open and reliable information on the company and its operating environment in order to provide market participants with a fact-based, accurate view of Kemira as an investment. All parties in the market must be equally and fairly informed, and all crucial information must be simultaneously and publicly available.
Kemira’s investor relations function is responsible for investor relations and day-to-day communications. The Group’s top management is actively involved in investor relations and regularly available to representatives of the main capital markets.
Kemira observes a 30-day close period before it publishes its financial statements and interim reports. During this period, Kemira’s management personnel are not available for meetings with capital market representatives.
