Appointments in Kemira Industrial Chemicals business area

Dr Frank Wegener has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, SBU Organic Acids and Salts, Industrial Chemicals BA, from 7 December 2005. Frank Wegener moves from his current position as Senior Vice President, SBU Chemidet, which is also part of Kemira's Industrial Chemicals business area.
 
Tomas Forsgård has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, SBU Chemidet, from the same date. Tomas Forsgård moves to his new responsibility from his current position as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Performance, Kemira Oyj.
 
The name of Kemira's current Industrial Chemicals business area will be changed to be Performance Chemicals from 16 December 2005 on. The name of Organic Acids and Salts business unit will be changed to be ChemSolutions.
