In accordance with the terms and conditions of the underwriting agreement relating to the offering of Kemira GrowHow Oyj’s shares, Kemira Oyj has decided to pay an incentive fee to Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO Rothschild, the lead manager of the institutional offering, in Kemira GrowHow Oyj’s shares. Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO Rothschild has waived the lock-up agreement in this respect. A total of 100,000 Kemira GrowHow Oyj’s shares are distributed as the incentive fee.
