3. NAME OF THE REGISTER   Subscriber Register for Kemira's Publications
     
4. THE PURPOSE FOR PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA   Subscriber Register for Kemira's Publications is an electronic personal data file used for maintaining a list of subscribers for Kemira's publications and for delivering the ordered publications to the subscribers. Data can also be used for the development of the publications, for example, by conducting readership surveys.

6. REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION   Information is collected from the subscribers themselves.
 
7. DISCLOSURE OF DATA   The data may be disclosed to other Kemira Group companies and also to third parties responsible for the delivery or development of the publications.
 
8. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE EU OR EEA   Data may be transferred outside EU and EEA.
     
9. THE PRINCIPLES OF SECURING THE REGISTER   Only appointed personnel of Kemira Group and third parties responsible for the delivery or development of the publications have access to the register. Data is located in a closed network which is protected with a fire-wall.
