Due to continuously escalating raw material-, logistic- and energy costs, Kemira ChemSolutions has to announce a global price increase for its organic acid based feed blends as well as for formamide and methyl formate.
Kemira’s formamide and methyl formate prices will be increased by 60.- EUR/mt and 90.- EUR/mt respectively, while the average price increase for organic acid based feed blends will be 50.- EUR/mt. These price increases will be effective for all deliveries from April 1st, 2011 onwards or as specific contract terms allow.
We will continue to work closely with all our customers and suppliers in an effort to minimize the impact of increasing raw material-, energy- and other related costs.
