Effective August 1st, 2008 or as existing contracts permit, Kemira will increase prices of the following chemicals:
- De-icers, both acetates and formates, by minimum 40%
- Potassium acetates by minimum 30%
- Potassium methylate by minimum 20%
Prices are driven by increased costs of raw materials, energy and logistics.
