Odour & Corrosion Control

Wastewater can be transported over long distances. With an extensive sewer system the risk is great for septic conditions in the sewage water, where the sulphate is transformed by bacteria into sulphides. This is a very toxic substance producing unpleasant odour in and close to the sewer system. Hydrogen sulphide can also be transformed into sulphuric acid, causing corrosion to the sewer system resulting in leakage.

Products

We supply a variety of products for odour and corrosion control; Nitrate products, Ferric salts, Ferric nitrates and Polyaluminium nitrates. A dosing control system is provided to avoid under- and overdosing in the sewer.
