Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater treatment is the process of removing contaminants from the effluent streams and runoff. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce a treated effluent and a solid waste or sludge suitable for reuse or discharge back into the environment.

We offer clarification and emulsion-breaking programs for the API or CPI separator, as well as programs to more efficiently resolve the emulsion produced from the flotation of these separators. We offer exceptional secondary clarification programs for biological solids concentration and removal, producing concentrated solids streams for recycling or dewatering and clear effluent, suitable for disposal. Our sludge dewatering programs produce effluents that are clear enough to avoid overloading the treatment plant upon recycling, together with a dry, easily disposable cake.
