M.A. Eeva Salonen (48) has been appointed Executive Vice President for Human Resources and member of the Strategic Management Board of Kemira. Eeva Salonen will transfer to her new position from Nokia Corporation where she is currently working as Vice President, Human Resources in Research and Development.
Eeva Salonen has worked in several leading human resources positions in Nokia from mid 90`s including the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Nokia Mobile Phones Business Group. Her tasks in that position included overall responsibility for Human Resources, development of the organization and capabilities and change management towards a customer focused company.
Eeva Salonen will start her work at Kemira on June 9, 2008 at the latest. She will report to President and CEO Harri Kerminen.
