• Interim report January-September 2024 October 25, 2024 at around 8.30 am (EEST)
• Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2024, February 11, 2025 at around 8.30 am (EET)
• Annual Report 2024 will be published during the week starting on February 17, 2025
• Interim report January-March 2025, April 25, 2025, at around 8.30 am (EEST)
• Half-year financial report January-June 2025, July 18, 2025, at around 8.30 am (EEST)
• Interim report January-September 2025, October 24, 2025 at around 8.30 am (EEST)

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 1.00 pm (EET). The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.

Silent period

Kemira observes a silent period before issuing financial statements or interim reports. The silent period will start from closing of the accounts until the quarterly results are made public as follows:

• Start of the silent period: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
• End of the silent period: The results of the each respective quarter are made public.

During this period, Kemira’s management is not available for meetings with capital market representatives.​
