• Interim Report January-March 2027, April 23, 2027, at around 8.30 (EEST)
• Half-year Financial Report January-June 2027, July 16, 2027, at around 8.30 (EEST)
• Interim Report January-September 2027, October 22, 2027, at around 8.30 (EEST)

The Annual General Meeting 2027 is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17, 2027. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting.

Silent period

Kemira observes a silent period before issuing financial statements or interim reports. The silent period will start from closing of the accounts until the quarterly results are made public as follows:

• Start of the silent period: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
• End of the silent period: The results of the each respective quarter are made public.

During this period, Kemira’s management is not available for meetings with capital market representatives.​
