Kemira has been ranked fifth among Large Cap-listed companies in Finland in the 2026 Nordic Business Diversity Index. Kemira climbed four places compared to 2025, moving from ninth place to the top 5 in 2026.
The Nordic Business Diversity Index investigates diversity in leadership. The report assessed four key aspects of diversity: gender, age, nationality, and education, providing a comprehensive picture of boardroom and executive team composition. A special theme for this year’s report was Leadership in the Age of AI, exploring how companies prepare for increasingly digital and data-driven leadership demands.

The Nordic Business Diversity Index evaluates publicly reported key diversity aspects in the Board of Directors and Executive Management teams within over 820 listed companies in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. The Index is compiled by sustainability consulting group, Impaktly.
