Kemira’s Annual Report 2025 has been published today. The report consists of three modules: the Annual Review, the Governance Review and the Financial Statements. The Governance Review and the Financial Statements are available in English and Finnish, the Annual Review only in English.
The Governance Review consists of the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report. The Financial Statements comprises the Board of Directors’ report, including the Sustainability Statement prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and the Financial Statements.
Kemira publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and notes have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Kemira’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
