(Press Release)

TRI-K Industries, a part of the Kemira group, has changed its company name to
Kemira Specialty, Inc. The company is a leading distributor of ingredients to the cosmetics and personal care industry. Headquartered in New Jersey, US, with additional operations in Massachusetts, TRI-K currently employs 50 people and recorded consolidated revenue of approximately USD 20 million in 2006.

In addition to the name change, the company will now share the www.kemira.com/cosmetics internet address, which will encompass Kemira’s complete global cosmetics product offering.
