Financial reporting in 2026

• Annual Report 2025 will be published on February 20, 2026
• Interim report January-March 2026, April 24, 2026, at around 8.30 am (EEST).
• Half-year financial report January-June 2026, July 17, 2026, at around 8.30 am (EEST).
• Interim report January-September 2026, October 23, 2026 at around 8.30 am (EEST).

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 1.00 pm (EET). More information can be found here.

Silent period

Kemira observes a silent period before issuing financial statements or interim reports. The silent period will start from closing of the accounts until the quarterly results are made public as follows:

• Start of the silent period: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
• End of the silent period: The results of the each respective quarter are made public.

During this period, Kemira’s management is not available for meetings with capital market representatives.​
