Kemira Annual Review 2020 published

Kemira’s Annual Review 2020 has been published in PDF format in English at www.kemira.com > Investors > Reports and presentations on February 19, 2021 at 12 pm (EET). The publication consists of the following modules: Annual Review, Corporate Governance Statement and Financial Statements. The Annex includes Kemira’s detailed GRI report.

The Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement are available in both English and Finnish, other documents in English. The published and official reports can also be found as PDF attachments to this release.

Kemira voluntarily publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags, which have been verified by Ernst & Young. The voluntary documents are available in the zip file attached to this release.
