On September 30, 2025, Kemira Oyj’s share capital amounted to EUR 221.8 million and the number of shares was 155,342,557.

On July 18, 2025, Kemira announced its first share buyback program, which was conducted between July 22 and December 16, 2025. Kemira repurchased a total of 5,000,000 shares, which it cancelled on December 23, 2025.  The cancellation reduced the total number of shares in Kemira to 150,342,557. Read more here.
