On December 31, 2025, Kemira Oyj’s share capital amounted to EUR 221.8 million and the number of shares was 150,342,557. Each share entitles to one vote at the Annual General Meeting.

On February 12, 2026, Kemira announced its second share buyback program.  The maximum number of shares to be repurchased is 5,000,000. The program will commence on February 13, 2026, at the earliest, and end by September 20, 2026, at the latest. Repurchased shares will be cancelled after the program has ended.
