Jari Rosendal has been awarded the honorary title of ‘vuorineuvos’ by the President of Finland Sauli Niinistö on December 11, 2020.

The honorary title of ‘vuorineuvos’ can be awarded to Finnish citizens in public recognition of their services to society.

The honorary title of ‘vuorineuvos’ has been awarded to only 305 people since 1918.

Honorary titles are awarded by the President of the Republic and The Title Board is chaired by the Prime Minister. The total number of honorary titles is approximately one hundred, the titles of ‘vuorineuvos’ and ‘valtioneuvos’ being the highest-ranking honorary titles.
