AMA® biocides for oilfield operations

Aluminum Chloride
Kemira Aluminum Chlorides (KEMIRA ACL) are effective primary coagulants on an aluminum base. The products are used in a variety of municipal and industrial applications, primarily for color, organic matter, suspended solids and phosphorus removal.
Aluminum Chlorohydrate
Kemira ACH is a high efficient aluminum chlorohydrate solution used in both municipal and industrial treatment processes to remove particles and organic matter. The product offers higher performance at a lower dosage than more conventional coagulants.
Aluminum sulfate
Kemira is producing a broad range of Aluminum Sulfate products. We provide high quality aqueous solutions as well as different grades of granulated material. These special "iron-free" products are perfectly suited for drinking water applications.
Anionic and Nonionic Polyacrylamides

Dry ferric sulfate

Ferrous chloride
Kemira Ferrous Chloride (KEMIRA PIX) is an effective coagulant based on bivalent iron (Fe2+). It is used primarily to control hydrogen sulfide formation to reduce odor and corrosion, and for phosphorus removal applications.
Ferrous sulfate
Kemira Dry Ferrous Sulfate (KEMIRA COP) is an easy-to-dissolve coagulant for wastewater treatment applications based on bivalent iron (Fe2+). These products show excellent performance in simultaneous wastewater treatment processes.
Hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is used in chemical and mechanical pulp bleaching as well as in other chemical industries.

Polyaluminium sulfate
Kemira Polyaluminum Sulfate (KEMIRA PAS, PASS) is a basic, polymerized aluminum sulfate. It contains highlycharged aluminum and will offer advantages such as rapid floc formation, excellent particle removal and improved cold water performance.
Polyaluminum Chloride
Kemira produces a wide range of polyaluminum chlorides in liquid form (KEMIRA PAX). The highly charged Al in the products is optimized for best performance. Kemira PAX is an effective coagulant for treatment of both drinking water and waste water.
